Do you deliver boxes or is shipping the only option?
Yes - we deliver! If purchasing 5 or more boxes in Tulsa city limits, we can deliver directly to you. We charge a $20 delivery fee in place of shipping.
Can you create a custom box for my business with my company's logo?
Yes! Contact info@blasembox.com for information on how our business partnership program works. We are happy to replace all "Blasem" branding on boxes with your company's information or design a custom gift for your company.
Can I speak to someone about an order I have already placed or received?
Yes, for existing orders you can reach our team via email at info@blasembox.com. All orders ship within 48 hours of purchase. Once a tracking number has been issued, an item cannot be re-routed or cancelled.
Will my gift look exactly like the one in the photo?
Gifts boxes will arrive with exact or similar contents as you see in the product's online description and photo. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value, and we will make every effort to ensure that your basket retains its original theme and presentation. Perishable items like candies and cookies may vary from the photo due to location and availability. In some areas with shorter growing seasons, some candies may not always be available. We reserve the right to substitute perishables of like color, appearance, and value.
